My box turtle has something under his tail, it almost looks like flesh, and I am thinking this may be where waste comes out, but I am not sure. Is this normal, or do I need to take him to the vet? Please help! Thanks.

how old is your turt? does it come and go or there all the time? if its there all the time it could be a prolapse and a vet visit is in order. if it comes and goes you are being flashed congrats you have a boy
